Vitamin C is a very powerful antioxidant that helps your entire body especially your skin. It is good to know that your body can only absorb small amounts at a time. So it is best to consume foods rich in Vitamin C throughout the day to receive the benefits. So those vitamins with 500% daily vitamin C value doesn’t mean your body will absorb all of it.

This is good news for me.
I love consuming citrus fruits and am always munching on an orange or two. Wonderful article. Will definitely pass it on to all my health-conscious friends who are indulging in fruit facials instead of consuming them!

Fresh fruits are always good for health. But of course, instead of the ready-made fruit juices, one should make it at home. Because the so-called original juices are full of sugar and chemicals. Vitamin C is available in oranges, lemon and more or less in almost all the fruits. That’s easy to get.

Nice article. Are there any skin care products that use Vitamin C ingredients specifically?

I have found VivierSkin Vitamin C serums and they are the best in the world!!! They use pharmaceutical grade L-Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) USP (United States Pharmacopias). Their products are tested and manufactured at pharmaceutical standards. Vivier uses their patented micro-encapsulation IDS (Intra-Dermal System) technology to maintain 30 months stability and to get better penetration of their serums. Vitamin-C has to be in a serum to really get results and only L-Ascorbic Acid is 100% bio available to the skin. Dont waste your time and money on other cheap vitamin c products get the real deal!!! VivierSkin is only sold through physicians however it is availabe at dermstore.com!

I am sorry- typo: I have DONE extensive research on vitamin C is what I meant to say! My spa is located in Roswell, GA and you’ll receive 20% off on your first treatment. I have background experience working for a dermotologist and plastic surgeon.

My wife is an esthetician. She believes strongly in Vitamin C. Many of her facials she does also includes some sort of enzyme with Vitamin C. I think, but am not positive is the Pumpkin Peel Facial.
I support this claim.
I also proved that in one of my research
